In my experience, the developers are sympathe...</title><content type='html'>Yep! In my experience, the developers are sympathetic to the TW, it's management that doesn't know where to put us. I also agree that the focus is different. There's also the problem that marketing is often directed towards the customer who is buying the product and not necessarily the user.
